Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom Orders: For custom or made-to-order items, additional processing and delivery time may be required. Delivery timeframes will be confirmed after the design has been agreed upon and the order is finalised.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is charged at a flat rate, regardless of the weight or size of your order.

  • Express and international shipping rates are available at checkout.

  • Promotion codes can be applied at checkout.

 

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

Estimated AusPost delivery times are:

  • Standard Parcel Post:

    • Within NSW: 2-4 business days

    • Interstate: 3-6 business days

  • Express Post:

    • Within NSW: 1-2 business days

    • Interstate: 2-4 business days

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide using AusPost. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and service chosen:

  • International Standard: ~10-15 business days

  • International Express: ~4-8 business days

These timeframes exclude customs processing, which varies by country.

 

Tracking Your Order

  • All orders include tracking.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Track your parcel via the Australia Post website.

 

International Orders - Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders due to local postal services and customs clearance.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • OrenoBeys is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, customs, or other external factors.

  • If your parcel is delayed or missing, we will assist with AusPost investigations.

 

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We cannot replace or refund items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds or replacements are available only for faulty or damaged items.

  • If you believe your order is faulty, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and proof of purchase.

  • Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, incorrect usage, or wear and tear.

  • For products made and supplied by independent partner sellers, you may be directed to contact the original seller regarding issues or claims.
